OUR MISSION
The very heart of Alpha Phi membership is connected by a common set of ideals. Alpha Phi offers a unique bond of sisterhood, a spirit of generosity, high expectations for character and a drive for innovation. These are our high ideals of membership, which define what it truly means to be an Alpha Phi.
Alpha Phi prides itself on our remarkable history and the values we hold close to our hearts. Founded in 1872 by ten of the first women admitted to Syracuse University, Alpha Phi has since grown to be one of the largest and most prominent women’s fraternities in North America. For nearly 150 years Alpha Phi has provided a community for thousands of extraordinary women, built on the values of sisterhood, scholarship, service, leadership, loyalty, and character development. We strive to support and uplift our sisters in their pursuits of excellence and personal growth. On behalf of the Zeta Rho chapter of Alpha Phi, I am more than honored to welcome you to our official website! My name is Lena Simone and I am the 2024 Chapter President of Alpha Phi at Bentley University.
The sisterhood of Alpha Phi is composed of more than 165 collegiate campuses worldwide with close to 200,000 members. We all share the same values of sisterhood, scholarship, and service. All of which pioneer leadership, focus on the bond of loyalty, and create high expectations for character development. At Bentley University, the Zeta Rho Chapter enhances and promotes each member's development and learning by focusing on these core values that make our sisterhood thrive.

Our sisters of the Zeta Rho chapter are members of some of the most prestigious programs on campus. Zeta Rho sisters are service learning peer leaders, Women's Leadership Program scholars, admissions ambassadors, members of our varsity athletic teams, and leaders in so many more organizations. In addition to our academic achievement and involvement on our campus and in our community, we hold a special place in our hearts for our philanthropy, the Alpha Phi Foundation.
